6sense Terms of Service
Effective July 20, 2026
Use of the skill
You are responsible for reviewing the package, runtime requirements, provider terms, and outputs before use. Installation, configuration, and the decision to act on research are separate steps. Copying the displayed command does not confirm installation, compatibility, data access, or a successful result. Begin with approved test data and retain enough information to reproduce an unexpected outcome.
Data and outreach responsibility
You must have a lawful basis for processing data and must honor applicable suppression, consent, opt-out, privacy, and sender-authentication requirements. The skill does not guarantee accuracy, delivery, replies, revenue, or regulatory compliance. You decide which sources are connected, which records are retained, whether a role inference is sufficiently reliable, and whether any message may be sent.
Third-party services
Connected data providers, agent runtimes, CRMs, and engagement systems have their own terms, pricing, access controls, and retention behavior. Their availability and performance are outside this site's control. You are responsible for monitoring provider limits, reviewing permitted uses, resolving conflicting fields, and preventing an expired or revoked credential from disrupting a downstream workflow.
Acceptable use
Do not use the workflow for deception, harassment, unlawful discrimination, credential theft, unauthorized access, or indiscriminate messaging. Keep a human review step before outreach. Do not bypass provider restrictions, conceal sender identity, ignore opt-out requests, or infer sensitive characteristics that are not necessary for a legitimate business purpose.
Security and account controls
Use scoped credentials, supported secret storage, access logging, and prompt-data minimization. If a credential or exported file may have been exposed, revoke access through the relevant provider and follow your organization's incident procedure. Public issue reports must contain sanitized logs only.
Changes and availability
Features and documentation may change. Verify the package version and current documentation at the time of use. You may stop using the skill and revoke connected credentials at any time. Removal from one runtime does not automatically delete records or credentials held by another connected service.
